•Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to inform design decisions.
•Translate user insights into innovative design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes.
•Develop high-fidelity visual designs and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
•Iterate on designs based on feedback, usability testing, and data analysis.
•Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare software design.
•Advocate for a user-centric design approach throughout the product development lifecycle.
•Collaborate with other designers on interconnected projects and contribute to a multi-product design system.
•Degree or certificate in design, human-computer interaction, or related field required.
•3+ years of experience in healthcare SaaS product design.
•Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
•Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design concepts to stakeholders.
•Passion for healthcare technology and improving patient outcomes.
•Experience in user research, conversational design, and delivering patient-driven healthcare experiences.
