• Drive awareness and expertise in design research and design thinking throughout the organization
• Transform business objectives and user research into innovative and user-focused design solutions
• Enhance products through the analysis of user engagement metrics and the implementation of A/B and multivariate testing
• Develop seamless digital experiences across various customer touchpoints and platforms (web, iOS, Android)
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design solutions align with business and user requirements
• Create prototypes, wireframes, user flows, and mockups that effectively communicate interaction and design concepts
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to incorporate them into design processes
• Report to the UX Design leadership team
• Bachelor's degree in Visual Design, Interactive Design/UX, or equivalent field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in research, UX, and Product Design
• Proficient in design and front-end development for web-based media
• Familiarity with A/B and multivariate testing and optimization
• Ability to design for multiple devices and platforms (web, iOS, Android)
• Incorporate research, market trends, competitive data, etc., into successful online experiences
• Expertise in human-centered design and user experience, covering UX strategy, interaction design, user research, prototyping, visual design, and user adoption
• Knowledge of Apple HIG and Android Material Design guidelines
