Product Designer

📋 Description

• Engage in user research and follow-up analyses;

• Collaborate with the Product Manager to gather requirements;

• Develop personas and user journeys;

• Create storyboards, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups and prototypes;

• Incorporate Generative AI into the design process and product experiences;

• Design UI components, patterns, and templates for the Design System to ensure consistency and reusability;

• Partner with designers to align UI solutions with the overall user experience of the product platform;

• Work with the design system team to establish and evolve design system guidelines and documentation;

• Drive initiatives to enhance efficiency in design processes and Figma workflows;

• Ensure UI components and patterns meet accessibility standards;

• Provide UI specifications and collaborate with engineers for accurate implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in all stages of the UX process;

• Ability to communicate a strong product design vision and influence stakeholders;

• Proficiency in designing for complex, data-rich, enterprise applications;

• Expertise in Figma for UI design and prototyping;

• Strong English communication skills;

• Experience with Design Systems and B2B software in the financial industry is a plus.
