Product Designer

📋 Description

• Collaborate with product owners and engineers during the discovery phase and product development

• Design user flow diagrams, storyboards, and user journey maps to convey the user experience of proposed design solutions

• Rapidly create wireframes, prototypes, test, and refine design solutions

• Develop pixel-perfect prototypes and specifications to communicate design decisions to stakeholders

• Present and defend design solutions to leadership and stakeholders

• Participate in design reviews, critiques, and brainstorming sessions to provide valuable feedback

• Utilize a world-class design system to create engaging experiences

• Work with a shared library of components, ensuring adherence to documentation and providing feedback on implementation

• Engage in cross-functional design sprints and workshops to address business and product challenges

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Human Factors, or related field, or equivalent experience

• 2+ years of UX or Product Design experience

• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (Figma preferred)

• Strong visual design skills and understanding of visual solutions for various screen sizes, demonstrated in a well-crafted portfolio
