• Produce top-notch product designs encompassing flows, visuals, and interactions that adhere to high standards of clarity, usability, and craftsmanship.
• Collaborate closely with senior designers to define design direction, then partner with product managers and engineers to implement and deliver projects from inception to launch.
• Contribute to enhancing our design system, ensuring its application with precision and making enhancements as necessary.
• Transform intricate problems into user-friendly experiences that are intuitive and seamless, such as designing and implementing a user onboarding and KYC verification process that achieved a 70%+ completion rate, significantly boosting user conversion and activation.
• Maintain efficiency while upholding a keen eye for detail.
• Promote proactive communication by openly sharing work, fostering alignment across teams, and breaking down barriers.
• Engage in collaborative weekly stand-ups, 1:1s with Senior Product Designers, and meetings with respective product and engineering counterparts.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing and launching customer-facing products, with a preference for experience in gaming, sports, or social apps.
• Strong attention to visual detail and a growing proficiency in solving UX challenges.
• Capable of shepherding projects from initial concepts to polished delivery.
• Inquisitive about customer behavior and driven to create seamless experiences.
• Comfortable working within and contributing to design systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate work clearly and foster alignment with team members.
• Proficiency in design and collaboration tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, G Suite, Notion, and Jira.
