Product Designer

📋 Description

• Lead the entire design process from discovery to delivery, including research, prototyping, and implementation

• Establish a design system from the ground up, creating patterns and components that can grow with the product

• Conduct user research and usability testing with non-technical users, translating insights into clear design choices

• Simplify complex product behaviors into user-friendly interfaces

• Develop user flows, wireframes, and polished UI designs for web and product interfaces

• Collaborate with engineers to guide design direction and ensure implementation aligns with design vision

• Advocate for user-centric design in product discussions, explaining decisions clearly with supporting evidence

• Lead design sprints and brainstorming sessions to drive innovation in new product initiatives

• Influence the expansion of analytics and user-facing features as the product evolves

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of product design experience, showcasing end-to-end ownership and problem-solving skills

• Solid understanding of UX principles: interaction design, visual design, information architecture, and accessibility

• Experience designing for complex, data-driven, or technical products and making them accessible to non-technical users

• Ability to conduct and analyze user research and usability testing, and advocate for evidence-based design decisions

• Comfortable working in a dynamic early-stage environment where processes are still evolving

• Proficient in Figma

• Degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent experience
