• As our inaugural in-house product designer, you will be responsible for the design of our digital platform
• Work closely with our Product Lead, founders, and engineering teams to collaborate on design projects
• Develop end-to-end experiences, prototypes, and features for implementation
• Conduct usability tests and gather insights from customer interactions
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in product or UX design
• Proficiency in the entire design process from concept to execution
• Prior experience in designing for growth and conversion purposes
• Excellent communication skills with a willingness to share work openly and receive feedback
• Strong proficiency in design tools and technology stacks
