• Take charge of design projects from start to finish, including discovery, conception, and launch.
• Design both internal tools and user-facing features, collaborating with diverse teams to solve critical issues in payments, claims, and eligibility.
• Lead and engage in user research initiatives to incorporate user insights at every design stage.
• Simplify complex workflows into user-friendly experiences that boost efficiency for teams and delight our members.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmaps, define problem areas, and propose innovative design solutions.
• Contribute to the enhancement of our design system and component libraries.
• Articulate design decisions clearly and convincingly to stakeholders throughout the organization.
• 2–3+ years of experience in designing digital products, with a focus on internal tools and consumer applications.
• Strong grasp of product strategy and problem-solving at a systems level.
• Proficiency in end-to-end design processes, from concept development and research to refined UI and implementation support.
• Embrace a clean and contemporary design style, prioritizing clarity, simplicity, and user delight.
• Familiarity with component libraries, design systems, and prototyping tools.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to synthesize feedback and advocate for user needs.
• Self-driven and open to feedback, challenging assumptions, and refining approaches based on real-world feedback.
• Willingness to be hands-on and contribute to the company's success in any way necessary.
• Experience in a dynamic startup environment.
