• Work collaboratively with various teams to establish a long-term UX vision specific to your area within Gusto's overarching vision.
• Partner with teams in UX Research, Data Science, Legal, Compliance, Ops, and Customer Support to analyze customer challenges and pinpoint key opportunities for both customers and the business.
• Create and launch innovative projects that consistently benefit our customers, whether they are entirely new or iterative.
• Share your expertise and skills within Gusto's product design community to enrich the collective knowledge.
• Advocate for and advance Gusto's design system and platform standards through the work of your team.
• Possess over 8 years of experience in Product Design.
• Demonstrate a broad impact as this role involves designing for a top priority within Gusto that spans across various parts of the platform.
• Be adept at handling complexity by designing user-friendly experiences in intricate domains and have experience in improving existing products.
• Showcase strong product acumen by contributing to business and product strategies and effectively engaging with executive stakeholders.
• Uphold high standards for design quality and accessibility while consistently delivering customer value through iterative processes.
