• Implement UX methodologies throughout the entire product lifecycle, including gathering user and stakeholder needs
• Develop UX assets such as User Journey Maps, Personas and Goals, Information Architectures, User Flows, and Wireframe Prototypes
• Conduct usability tests, analyze results, and create reports; plan and execute Usability Testing
• Design interfaces and produce high-fidelity prototypes
• Establish and manage a product design system to ensure consistency across the platform
• Collaborate with product managers and frontend developers to explain and defend design choices
• Participate in Design Sprints and various design projects; adjust design timelines to align with development and business needs
• Perform UI/UX and human factors research and analyze both qualitative and quantitative data
• Monitor, report, and enhance design to address usability issues in the product
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design or a related field
• Demonstrated expertise in UX design and Visual design
• Strong portfolio showcasing significant contributions to UX and visual design endeavors
• Proficiency in gathering user and stakeholder requirements, creating Personas and Goals, User Journey Maps, Information Architectures, User Flows, Wireframe Prototypes, and conducting Usability Testing
• Experience in designing for Data Analytics software, Acquisition software, or similar industries
• Familiarity with Design Sprint methodologies and developing Design systems
• Skilled in conducting UI/UX or human factors studies, with proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative data analysis
• Ability to design comprehensive digital products and systems beyond traditional websites
• Proficient in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and the Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience in planning, executing, and reporting Usability Testing; monitoring and enhancing design for usability issues
• Team player with effective communication abilities
• Fluent in English
• Knowledgeable about the latest Design and AI trends, techniques, and technologies
• Enthusiastic about learning and problem-solving; excels in a dynamic, growth-oriented setting
