• Previous experience in designing intricate, end-to-end user experiences, particularly for SaaS or web-based applications.
• A portfolio showcasing product design, interaction design, responsive layouts, and accessible UI for both web and mobile platforms.
• Proficiency in Figma for design systems, prototyping, and collaborative work.
• Strong foundational design skills, particularly in hierarchy, typography, information architecture, and data visualization.
• Familiarity with WCAG and ADA accessibility design standards and their practical application.
• Experience in planning and executing user research (moderated/unmoderated), analyzing insights, and presenting conclusions.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies to devise feasible solutions and collaborate effectively with engineers (no coding skills required).
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and efficient in fast-paced, uncertain environments.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities; capable of presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable with remote work and cooperative efforts across various time zones (Central Time zone).
