📋 Description

• Create user-centered designs that drive business success and elevate product experiences.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Product or UI/UX Design with a robust portfolio.

• Proficiency in Figma and mobile-first design concepts.

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

• Blend creativity with analytical thinking for data-driven decisions.

• Familiarity with conversion-focused design and analytics tools (GA4, Hotjar, etc.).

• Skills in motion design, prototyping, or basic HTML/CSS.

• Experience mentoring designers or contributing to design systems.

• Interest in AI tools and automation in creative workflows.
