• Be a part of our design journey at the early stages, contributing to shaping the product, culture, and systems from the ground up
• Design comprehensive workflows that cater to the needs of pharmacists and care coordinators, starting from initial sketches to refined UI and prototypes, complete with detailed specs and developer walkthroughs
• Validate your designs with real users, including pharmacists and care coordinators
• Engage in frequent collaboration with Product Managers, engineers, and operations teams
• Simplify intricate workflows and provide clarity to complex problems
• Uphold high design standards without hindering progress and momentum
• Contribute to establishing a design culture that values care, inquisitiveness, and clarity
• Possess 2-5 years of experience in product design, preferably in a startup environment
• Showcase a strong portfolio demonstrating successful product deliveries and effective problem-solving skills
• Display curiosity, humility, and openness to feedback, while asking insightful questions
• Proficient in Figma, creating organized files with reusable components and design patterns
• Have a keen eye for detail, UI trends, and the finer aspects that enhance a design's appeal
• Collaborative mindset, working closely with engineers, Product Managers, and operations teams from the outset
• Possess startup acumen, being resourceful yet practical, focusing on MVPs and navigating through ambiguity while balancing user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints
• Outcome-driven, aiming to deliver impactful work that enhances lives and achieves tangible results
• Comfortable with asynchronous communication and video updates
• Embody warmth, honesty, and a commitment to team growth
• Experience with complex systems, particularly in healthcare, pharmacy, or operational tools (Bonus)
• Developed or contributed to scalable design systems and component libraries (Bonus)
