Product Designer

📋 Description

• Play a pivotal role in our design process

• Help define the experience of our core platform

• Contribute to discovery workshops and design sprints

• Conduct iterative research and designing smart solutions

• Work in tandem with Development, Product Management, Client Success, and Sales teams across the product lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of product design experience

• Strong product design portfolio showing problem-solving acumen with previous work samples

• Proven and repeated success record of contributing to design efforts within a cross-functional team

• Expertise using Figma (other tools of the trade are a bonus, but Figma is a must)

• Knowledge and application of human-centered design methodologies

• A strong point of view on what you are designing

• A deep passion for equitable design and a track record of advocating for it

• A beautiful design aesthetic and strong fundamental UX skills
