Product Designer

📋 Description

• Take the lead in the complete design process, collaborating with Discovery Designers and Prototype Designers for research, discovery, and iteration

• Define and prioritize design requirements for game development tools, ensuring alignment with game development workflows

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define product goals, write user stories, and ensure alignment on technical and design solutions

• Streamline complex game developer workflows to create an intuitive and efficient user experience

• Clearly communicate design decisions to stakeholders, providing rationale based on user needs and technical feasibility

• Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs in Figma to effectively convey design concepts

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems to ensure consistency and scalability

• Coordinate across teams to maintain alignment on product goals and the overall design vision

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in designing complex systems, especially in game development, creator tools, or developer ecosystems

• Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design

• Strong product thinking skills, with the ability to simplify complex systems into simple and effective solutions

• Excellent communication skills to present designs clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
