• Experience Strategy & Design Execution: Lead the design strategy and execution for the core Media OS customer journey, from user flows to high-fidelity prototypes.

• User-Centric Excellence: Understand customer outcomes deeply, conduct research, and build products that solve meaningful problems.

• Data-Driven Design: Translate complex healthcare data into user-friendly insights to enhance features within Media OS.

• Code and Craft: Take ownership from ideation to implementation, experiment with ideas, and bridge the gap between design and development.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product owners and engineering to prioritize design requests and drive design impact metrics.

• Design Systems & Process Improvement: Drive consistency in design systems and champion improvements in design processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience

• Human-centric approach to analysis with knowledge of usability and accessibility standards

• Proficiency in Figma and Pendo

• Experience in Agile/Scrum development process; self-directed, self-motivated, organized, and disciplined

• Bachelor's degree in HCI, design, or related field, or equivalent work experience
