• Collaborate with a diverse team to create user-centric designs that meet business objectives and technical requirements
• Lead the development of design systems and promote the use of design standards across projects
• Produce user flows, wireframes, information architecture, and high-fidelity designs
• Work closely with User Researchers to explore new problem areas and test design solutions
• Present designs effectively to gain support from stakeholders
• Coordinate with Engineering teams to address development challenges and ensure design implementation
• Contribute insights during feature definition, project planning, and QA testing
• At least 2 years of experience in end-to-end product design for mobile and web platforms
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Interaction Design or relevant field/experience
• Strong problem-solving skills for creating intuitive design solutions
• Proficiency in mobile and web UI patterns
• Knowledge of visual design principles such as color, layout, and typography
• Ability to iterate rapidly for stakeholder feedback at different design stages
• Experience collaborating with Product Management, User Research, and Engineering teams
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
