• Collaborate with various teams such as product managers, engineers, QA, and stakeholders to define user requirements, project goals, visuals, and overall user experience.
• Lead the complete design process, from conceptualizing ideas and creating wireframes to prototyping and final UI design, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to understand user behavior and preferences, incorporating insights into design decisions.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and other design materials to effectively communicate user needs and direct design solutions.
• Establish and maintain robust design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries to ensure consistent, scalable, and high-quality design across all products and platforms.
• Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and best UX/UI practices, advocating for their incorporation into our design processes.
• Utilize and enhance Keeper's design system and brand guidelines to maintain visual uniformity across all online properties.
• Create responsive layouts that deliver an exceptional user experience on web, desktop, mobile, and tablet platforms.
• Demonstrated track record of at least 3 years in Product design roles, with a portfolio demonstrating a solid foundation in user-centered design principles and practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in designing, prototyping, and presenting using Figma.
• Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and translating findings into actionable design insights.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the skills to articulate and advocate for design decisions effectively.
• Thorough understanding of responsive design principles and experience in designing for various devices and platforms (web, desktop, mobile, tablet).
• Problem-solving skills, adaptability, ability to overcome objections, and learn intricate solutions.
• Passion for crafting elegant and impactful user experiences, with a sharp eye for detail and craftsmanship.
