• Consider constraints like business requirements, go-to-market strategies, and technological feasibility in design decisions.
• Minimum of 7 years experience in software product design.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or relevant field with practical experience.
• Impressive online portfolio demonstrating critical thinking, UX/UI expertise, and visual design skills.
• Proven track record of collaborating closely with development teams to deliver web-based products.
• Previous experience in the sports industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in managing the entire design process from research to user journey design.
• Familiarity with maintaining and enhancing Design Systems.
