• Create clear and efficient information architectures for our web and mobile applications to ensure seamless navigation and accessibility.
• Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups to visualize and convey design concepts. Refine designs based on feedback and usability testing.
• Translate wireframes and prototypes into visually captivating and consistent user interfaces in partnership with the design system team.
• Plan and execute usability testing sessions with the UX research team to gather feedback and validate design decisions. Use results to enhance the user experience.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and fellow designers, for the smooth integration of design solutions.
• Create design documentation, such as user flows, design specifications, and style guides, to ensure coherence and alignment throughout the development process.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance the quality of our user experiences continuously.
• Possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or similar).
• Demonstrate proven experience as a UX Designer through a robust portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent platforms.
• Familiarity with user research techniques and usability testing.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, agile work environment.
• Experience in the real estate sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
