Product Designer

📋 Description

• Take the lead in setting the design direction for tools used by patients and clinicians, ensuring usability, accessibility, and empathy in all interactions

• Translate clinical workflows and patient needs into straightforward, accessible design solutions

• Conduct user research to guide design decisions

• Develop design systems and uphold brand consistency across various platforms

• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to facilitate smooth handoff and implementation

• Advocate for users and promote design thinking throughout the organization

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 3–5+ years of product design experience, with a robust portfolio focusing on web and mobile projects

• Demonstrate experience collaborating with engineers on front-end implementation and design quality assurance

• Have a background in designing apps for clinicians or patients

• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) is essential

• Proficiency in Figma or other contemporary design tools is required

• Previous experience in early-stage venture-backed startups is preferred

• Fluent in written and verbal English

• Ability to work within CST or EST time zones
