Product Designer

📋 Description

• Address complex design challenges through elegant and effective design solutions

• Champion an exceptional user experience across various teams

• Refine and enhance designs based on user feedback, research insights, and interviews

• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and developers throughout the product development lifecycle

• Develop high-fidelity designs and prototypes for new initiatives

• Contribute to the design system to ensure product consistency

• Adhere to Information Security Policies and best coding practices

• Promptly report incidents, breaches, or policy violations to HR, Legal, Compliance, and Security departments

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Product Design and/or Design Strategy

• Proficient in designing digital products across multiple platforms (Responsive Web, iOS, Android)

• Demonstrated expertise in user-centered design principles across various solutions and platforms

• Experience working in collaborative, agile environments

• Familiarity with the healthcare industry is a plus, but not mandatory

• Knowledge of artificial intelligence concepts
