• Conduct, analyze, and apply UX research and data insights to gain deep insights into user needs and behaviors.
• Engage with subject matter experts, product managers, and engineers to brainstorm and devise creative solutions that meet user requirements.
• Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new features and enhancements, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience.
• Develop detailed design specifications and documentation to steer development and ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure precise implementation of design specifications and seamless integration with existing frameworks.
• Contribute to and uphold design systems and style guides to maintain design consistency across various products.
• Possess over 6 years of UX/UI experience in dynamic settings, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes.
• Proficient in Figma, our preferred design and prototyping tool.
• Thorough understanding of UX principles, design thinking, interaction design, and usability best practices. Proficient in various UX deliverables (wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, etc.), with a discerning eye for selecting the appropriate tool(s) for each challenge.
• Display enthusiasm for acquiring knowledge in new domains and a knack for grasping complex business requirements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain design decisions and their rationale.
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in cross-functional teams and handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong analytical skills, with an acute attention to detail and the capability to solve intricate design problems.
• Able to adapt to changing priorities and effectively incorporate feedback into design iterations.
