Product Designer

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end mobile product design for iOS & Android, ensuring an intuitive, engaging, and frictionless experience.

• Conduct user research, A/B testing, and UX validation using Pathways to optimize flows and retention.

• Analyze user behavior via Microsoft Clarity to identify pain points and improve conversion rates.

• Perform competitive research (e.g., via Mobbin) to benchmark against top fintech & crypto apps.

• Design and prototype high-fidelity UI, animations, and micro-interactions in Figma, Lottie, and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Optimize crypto-related experiences (wallet UX, transfers, P2P, DeFi interactions) to enhance usability and security.

• Work on AI-driven features, leveraging AI for video creation, personalization, and automation.

• Develop and manage web pages in Framer, ensuring consistency with the mobile experience.

• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and product teams to align design with business objectives.

• Continuously test, iterate, and innovate to drive user retention and engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in UX/UI/Product Design, ideally within fintech or crypto

• Strong visual design skills (typography, layout, motion, branding)

• Expertise in Figma, Lottie, Adobe Creative Suite, and Framer

• Experience with user testing (Pathways) and analytics (Clarity, A/B testing tools)

• Deep understanding of iOS & Android UX principles and mobile usability best practices

• Experience working with crypto products (wallets, DeFi, P2P payments, exchanges)

• Strong knowledge of AI-driven design (generative AI, video content, automation)

• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the mobile design experience
