• Lead and participate in a comprehensive UX process, from research and concept development to final delivery
• Conduct user testing and research to validate concepts and gain insights
• Collaborate with developers and product managers from various teams to ensure high-quality implementation
• Manage and enhance Masabi's Design System, brand assets, and style guides
• Bring fresh perspectives, share insights, and contribute to collaborative design efforts
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly and empathetically
• Portfolio showcasing successful experience and interface design in launched products
• Proficiency with tools like Figma, Miro, or similar, and a willingness to adapt to new tools
• Experience in conducting workshops, gathering insights, and making data-driven design choices
• Deep understanding of inclusive and accessible interface design, and awareness of current industry trends and UI practices
• Curious, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement in product and process development
