• Gain a deep understanding of the needs of crypto and fintech users as well as the market landscape.
• Conduct confirmatory research and analyze data-driven insights from users.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and system analysts to gather requirements, shape feature designs, and support development up to product release.
• Work closely with the engineering team to refine designs, provide specifications, handle edge cases, and ensure design-to-code accuracy.
• Maintain and enhance the existing design system including foundations, components, and patterns.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design within established tech products.
• Strong background working closely with development teams to coordinate design handoffs, navigate technical limitations, and iterate alongside engineers.
• Prioritize experience and interface design over strategic or conceptual design, focusing on delivering tangible results.
• Skilled in designing multi-platform products for web, native, desktop, and mobile platforms.
• Possess high emotional intelligence, adept at giving and receiving feedback, clear communication, and building trust with team members.
• Ability to articulate thoughts effectively to the team using persuasive pitches, supported by clear slides or guidelines.
• Advocate for superior user experience, even if it means challenging engineers and product managers for optimal UX solutions.
• Proficient in visual and interactive design, particularly in Figma for prototyping, DS components, automation, and design system management.
• Nice to have: Experience with design system fundamentals such as tokens, grids, typography, and component architecture.
• Background in fintech or crypto product design.
• Enthusiasm for AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and explore innovative design approaches.
