Product Designer

📋 Description

• Work collaboratively with a diverse product team to design and implement internal platform features from start to finish

• Take charge of enhancing the design system for sportsbook, loyalty programs, reg tech, and account management tools

• Engage with the design community on various projects spanning different teams and areas

• Combine UX, interaction, and visual design for seamless internal and external user experiences

• Strive for top-notch solutions in line with our product-focused goals

• Collaborate closely with UX Researchers to incorporate user feedback into product development

• Translate complex objectives into well-thought-out design choices

• Iterate quickly and frequently to deliver innovative solutions

• Directly report to the Head of Product

• Join forces with engineers, PMs, and fellow designers to create impactful back-office tools

• Lead the product design process from start to finish, developing tools that boost efficiency and scalability

• Demonstrated experience in designing and launching web/app products across various platforms and devices

• Possess a product-oriented mindset that focuses on the "why" rather than just the "how"

• Driven to work on efficient back-office and internal platforms that support the company's growth

• Comfortable working on desktop-first, B2B, and internal customer-focused products

• Passion for experimentation, testing, and data-driven learning

• Strong design skills and meticulous attention to detail

• Proficient in Figma with hands-on experience in building and maintaining design systems

• Enthusiastic about incorporating AI-native principles into design processes

• Must be based in the UK
