β’ MZLA Technologies Corporation is looking for an experienced Product Designer.
β’ Collaborate with designers and engineers to re-imagine email experiences.
β’ Craft user flows, wireframes, and interfaces that align with brand identity.
β’ Conduct user research and usability studies to inform design decisions.
β’ Develop designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript ensuring functionality across platforms.
π― Requirements
β’ Bachelorβs degree or equivalent experience in design, human-computer interaction, computer science, or a related field.
β’ Advanced coursework, certifications, or professional training in UI/UX design, interaction design, or related areas.
β’ 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design or a related role, demonstrating increasing responsibility.
β’ Proven track record of creating effective wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for diverse projects.
β’ A portfolio showcasing intermediate-level design work, including examples of problem-solving and design impact.
β’ Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and applying findings to improve designs.
β’ Previous work on multi-platform projects (web, mobile, desktop) and contributing to scalable design systems.
β’ Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), documentation skills, and the ability to work with a multi-disciplinary, geographically distributed team.
β’ Deep respect for the different skills and perspectives that people of varied technical and non-technical backgrounds bring to a team.
β’ Proven ability to independently complete projects on time and with high quality.
β’ Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for front-end development.
