β’ We are seeking a Product Designer to join the Digital Experience team of a major European airline.
β’ This role will be responsible for designing and optimizing experiences that drive customer retention, engagement, and loyalty.
β’ Ensuring that all digital communications (profile, loyalty & emails) are consistent, accessible, and aligned with the brand.
β’ Designing end-to-end user profile flows and loyalty program journeys, optimizing the experience at every touchpoint.
β’ Creating and maintaining transactional and marketing emails, ensuring brand consistency, usability, and design best practices.
β’ Collaborating with business analysts, copywriters, and developers to iterate solutions in an agile and effective manner.
β’ Conducting benchmarking and user research to identify improvements in retention and engagement flows.
β’ Ensuring the accessibility and adaptability of solutions across different devices and channels.
β’ Contributing to the Design System, ensuring visual and functional consistency in shared components.
β’ 3+ years of experience in digital product design (UX/UI).
β’ Portfolio with strong examples of customer-oriented experiences: profiles, loyalty programs, or digital communications.
β’ Practical experience in email design (transactional and marketing) and responsive environment adaptation.
β’ Proficiency in Figma and experience working with Design Systems.
β’ Collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
β’ Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and strong focus on user needs.
β’ Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience working with development teams is a plus.
