• Take the lead in the design process for key products and features from concept to delivery.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to establish product vision and strategy.
• Develop high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and animations that impress both stakeholders and users.
• Engage in design workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster creativity within teams.
• Investigate solutions, create prototypes, and analyze user feedback and data to identify areas for improvement for each project.
• Keep up-to-date on design trends, tools, and industry best practices—and introduce new ideas to the team.
• Focus on detail, prioritize simplicity, and seamlessly integrate interconnected projects to transform complex tasks into intuitive experiences.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing digital products (web, mobile, or SaaS).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI case studies, impactful product designs, and innovative solutions.
• Proficiency in Figma or other design tools (bonus if you enjoy exploring code or motion/animation design).
• Experience organizing user research sessions and utilizing tools such as Maze, UserTesting, or similar.
• Experience working in agile teams and collaborating with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
• Ability to balance business objectives and user needs to create functional and visually appealing designs.
• Thorough understanding of design systems and component libraries, with a focus on efficiency and consistency while prioritizing the end user.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting work confidently and leading discussions, even at senior levels.
• Curious, problem-solving mindset with a passion for testing new ideas and iterating quickly.
