Product Designer

📋 Description

• Responsible for designing end-to-end growth initiatives within our ecosystem, focusing on desktop and app experiences.

• Conduct research and analyze data to identify areas of improvement and opportunities throughout the user lifecycle.

• Design and implement experiments to enhance activation, engagement, and retention.

• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Community teams to establish hypotheses and measure results.

• Create prototypes efficiently, ranging from low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity interactive UI designs.

• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency as features progress.

• Advocate for accessibility and usability, particularly for new or prospective modding users.

• Engage with the modding community to comprehend creator and user needs, motivations, and challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in product design, UX/UI design, or growth-oriented design positions.

• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design, measurable impacts, and growth initiatives.

• Experience working on consumer-facing digital products, preferably in UGC platforms.

• Ability to simplify complex systems into user-friendly experiences.

• Proficient in Figma.

• Experience collaborating in agile, cross-functional product teams.

• Experience designing for mobile web and desktop surfaces, with desktop app experience as a bonus.

• Proficiency in building prototypes using various tools like Framer, Loveable, Cursor, Figma, code, etc.

• **Bonus Skills **

• Experience in revenue, growth, acquisition, and conversion product areas.

• Familiarity with using Github for issue tracking.

• Understanding of games modding and knowledge of Nexus Mods.

• Passion for computer games.
