•Working closely with the Principal Designer, you will have the opportunity to engage in hands-on learning and collaborate across teams on emerging projects.

•Experience in designing and launching product features that resonate with customers, under the guidance of a senior designer or manager
•Ability to explore various design options, articulate trade-offs, and maintain a high level of visual polish and adherence to industry standards
•Skill in integrating data, research insights, business objectives, technical constraints, and customer needs to develop well-crafted solutions (mockups, prototypes, and flows)
•Proficiency in selecting appropriate design tools and fidelity levels to explore solutions, with the capability to justify your choices
•Track record of providing accurate time estimates, iterating quickly, seeking feedback, and enhancing strategic reasoning to guide decisions
•Passion for leveraging design skills to bring clarity and simplicity to processes and products
•Experience collaborating in cross-functional product teams within an agile environment
•Team player mindset, open to new ideas, comfortable with ambiguity, and enthusiastic about continuous learning in a dynamic team and product setting
•Bonus points for familiarity with multi-sided marketplaces, products for Gen Z and Gen Alpha, or AI products in production
