• We are in search of a skilled Product Designer to join our esteemed Product Design team.
• As part of this prominent role, you will significantly contribute to the advancement of our retail management system (RMS) product lineup.
• Serving as the Product Designer, you will have a vital role in broadening and steering the overall direction of our design team.
• You will act as a player-coach, ready to dive into your own tasks while also assigning work to fellow designers.
• Ensure that all UX/UI designs not only meet but surpass our company's quality and brand standards, all while staying on schedule and within budget.
• The ideal candidate should have experience leading a small group of designers, operating in a cross-functional agile setting, and demonstrating a keen interest in resolving our customers' most critical business challenges.

• Prior experience in UX/UI design for enterprise SaaS solutions like retail telecom, payment systems, point of sale, ERP, or warehouse/fulfillment systems is essential.
• Possess a BS/BA degree or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum of 4 years working in a structured product management role, particularly in enterprise SaaS solutions
• At least 4 years of product design experience, showcasing a successful track record in delivering design solutions. A portfolio presented in a case study format is mandatory.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and product-oriented thinking, with the capacity to tackle complex and ambiguous design challenges creatively and strategically.
• A solid combination of UI expertise and profound UX knowledge, with a background in steering design projects from concept to completion and ensuring smooth, user-focused solutions.
• A passion for progressive design and a commitment to continuous testing, iteration, and optimization to enhance user experience and drive business outcomes.
• Familiarity with A/B tests and experiments, utilizing data to refine designs and boost user engagement.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the capability to clearly explain design choices, advocate for fresh ideas, and collaborate efficiently with cross-functional counterparts.
