Product Designer

📋 Description

• Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to advocate for the user, facilitate design discussions, ensure design excellence, and contribute to product strategy

• Create sketches, wireframes, and prototypes to validate concepts and hypotheses with end-users

• Deliver design specifications, interactive prototypes, and design requirements to developers

• Uphold and enhance a scalable design system

• Present and communicate your work effectively, aligning stakeholders and elucidating your creative process

• Coordinate with marketing to maintain consistency between brand and product and aid in producing marketing materials

• Demonstrate autonomy and take complete ownership of your work from concept to launch

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in developing web-based products or related field

• Portfolio or PDF showcasing relevant work

• Proven track record of collaboration, iteration, and testing with Product and Engineering teams to deliver solutions

• Deep understanding of UX best practices

• Strong visual design acumen and expertise in brand, interaction design, typography, and motion

• Experience in aligning diverse stakeholder groups towards a common objective

• Excellent communication skills

• Enthusiasm for AI and technology (desired)
