• Collaborate cross-functionally to explore product opportunities, define product vision, and create engaging experiences for our users
• Innovate the UI/UX design of your team, rapidly prototype solutions that are user-friendly and elegant, and iterate based on feedback
• Lead design reviews, provide and receive constructive feedback, and make impactful design decisions that shape our product
• Document all design work thoroughly for future reference
• Communicate effectively across the organization to gather feedback and assist other teams in enhancing their design thinking skills
• 3-5 years of experience in Graphic or Product Design
• Solid understanding of User Interface and User Interaction design
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe, InVision, and Abstract
• Ability to clearly explain your design process and decisions, and present cohesive design approaches to non-design audiences
