• Familiarity with TailwindCSS or utility-first design systems.
• Passion for designing for technical users, particularly in AI applications.
• Comfortable working in a startup environment, demonstrating initiative, ownership, and agility.
• Excellent communication skills for articulating design decisions and collaborating effectively in a remote setting.
• Experience in research, wireframing, prototyping, and building design systems.
• Ability to collaborate closely with engineers and leverage AI-powered design tools.
