📋 Description

• We are in search of a Product Designer who goes beyond ordinary solutions to create world-class products for leading companies. In this role, you will collaborate with talented teams to craft digital experiences that millions of people not only use but love.

• As part of our collaborative efforts, you will report to the UX Lead at Orium and work with clients in LATAM, the USA, or Canada.

• Collaborate with internal team members and external stakeholders to optimize and design sites, components, and interfaces, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

• Maintain and iterate on design systems, ensuring continuous improvement of existing components and collaborating with developers and designers.

• Conduct quality design reviews (Design Quality Assurance - DQA) both visually and interactively, working closely with developers to ensure a polished implementation of the design system.

• Resolve design-related tickets and incidents, providing timely solutions and ensuring the quality and consistency of design deliverables.

• Utilize existing research insights, requirements, and sketches as inputs to create wireframes that address needs and challenges for different types of users.

• Use conceptual sketches, diagrams, and maps to develop and communicate a vision of interaction models and experience architectures.

• Conduct heuristic evaluations and usability testing, implementing best practices.

• Facilitate internal and external design reviews, gather client feedback, and drive approval processes.

• Support the Product Strategy team in defining experience/product requirements during the delivery process.


⛳️ Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience working as a user experience professional, with practical experience in the role, designing web interfaces, and managing design systems.

• University degree or technical diploma in a related field (preferred).

• A portfolio showcasing projects that demonstrate:

• Real-world experience (non-hypothetical).

• Strong visual design skills focused on UI.

• Responsive design.

• Proficiency in collaborative design tools and UI prototyping: Figma, Miro, among others.

• Strong communication skills. You should feel comfortable sharing ideas, giving and receiving feedback appropriately.

• Experience with modern digital tools and openness to integrating AI-powered solutions to enhance efficiency, automation, and problem-solving.
