Product Designer

📋 Description

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications, focusing on staking widgets

• Create user-friendly interfaces that adhere to brand guidelines and improve usability

• Enhance the user experience by addressing accessibility, navigation, and interaction flows

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into design solutions

• Iterate designs based on user feedback, performance metrics, and stakeholder input

• Maintain and improve the company's design system for consistency across products

• Conduct user research to understand target audience needs, behaviors, and pain points

• Analyze user feedback and data to guide design decisions and strategies

• Lead design process phases from research and ideation to design and testing

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B products, fintech, or blockchain environment preferred

• Strong portfolio demonstrating work in complex tech environments

• Proficiency in design tools like Figma; experience with prototyping tools like Principle or Miro is a plus

• Experience with creating and maintaining design systems

• Understanding of Web3 principles, dApp architecture, smart contracts, crypto wallets, tokenomics, and blockchain principles

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for presenting and explaining design concepts effectively

• Ability to tackle complex user experience challenges in a new and emerging space

• Comfort working in an uncertain and fast-changing environment

• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting
