Product Designer

📋 Description

• Join a dedicated design team focused on creating impactful experiences for top legal teams

• Engage in end-to-end processes including discovery, ideation, and delivery

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to produce dev-ready design assets

• Lead early-stage discovery projects and design workshops

• Contribute to Design Ops initiatives and maintain our design system

• Advocate for top-tier design thinking throughout the organization

• Proficiency in Figma, JIRA, and other design tools is required

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Product Designer, preferably in SaaS startups

• Demonstrated experience in full product lifecycle design, particularly for complex workflows

• Strong portfolio showcasing design work and adherence to best practices

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders

• Experience in agile environments and results-driven mindset

• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced startup setting
