• Join the Product Design team within the product trio (Product, Design, Engineering) to create valuable, user-friendly, and feasible solutions.
• Develop designs for safety-critical industries with a focus on enhancing frontline worker safety readiness through AI and gamification.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, engineers, and design leaders to identify issues, conduct research, and develop solutions based on user needs and business objectives.
• Transform user research findings, field observations, and behavioral data into prototypes ranging from low to high-fidelity designs.
• Engage in product discovery tasks like assumption mapping, prototyping, user testing, and stakeholder interviews, sometimes taking the lead.
• Maintain a balance between rapid iteration and a commitment to top-notch interaction and visual design.
• Enhance and manage the design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all products.
• Foster a culture of continual learning, design feedback, and collaboration across different departments.
• Possess 2–4 years of experience in designing digital products, including working in diverse product teams.
• Background in designing for immersive learning, safety-critical environments, or enterprise training systems.
• Showcase a portfolio highlighting strong user-centric design, effective decision-making, and problem-solving skills beyond just aesthetics.
• Hands-on experience in leading or participating in discovery tasks such as rapid prototyping, user testing, and hypothesis validation.
• Proficient in Figma and utilizing component-based design systems.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design choices, advocate for users, and listen actively to others.
