Product Designer

📋 Description

• We are seeking a Product Designer with a strong focus on execution, visual design, and meticulous attention to detail to join the design team at NFHS Network. As the premier platform for streaming high school sports and events nationwide, we are committed to enhancing the user experience through our core product and growth initiatives.

• As a Product Designer, you will dive deep into individual features, bringing impactful enhancements to life with well-crafted, brand-aligned interfaces and clear, structured documentation. You will collaborate closely with a Senior Product Designer, as well as product managers, engineers, and growth marketers to optimize user journeys, boost engagement, and enhance conversion rates across the platform.

• The Outcomes You'll Deliver

• Accelerate subscription growth and revenue by enhancing checkout processes

• Provide valuable insights from prototyping and user testing of new designs

• Create visual designs and variations for onboarding experiments to enhance activation rates

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio showcasing visually polished and user-centric designs

• Proficiency in Figma, including creating well-organized files for engineering handoff

• Ability to generate clear documentation to facilitate communication, implementation, and usage in modern design workflows, including AI-powered tools

• Strong attention to detail, particularly in layout, interaction design, and consistency across different breakpoints

• Comfort working in dynamic, cross-functional teams and iterating based on feedback and user requirements
