• Seeking a Product Designer who excels at blending user experience with business impact.
• Take charge of the entire design process, from research and ideation to prototyping, user testing, and delivering polished, production-ready designs.
• Collaborate with diverse teams (product, engineering, marketing) to define and execute innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
• Simplify complex crypto and blockchain concepts into clear, accessible, and engaging user interfaces.
• Utilize user research, usability testing, and data analysis to shape and refine design choices.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs for web and mobile platforms.
• Manage and enhance our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all products.
• Champion user needs and accessibility, balancing usability with the unique demands of decentralized technology.
• Keep abreast of trends in crypto, Web3, and product design, and actively contribute ideas for enhancing our offerings.
• Possess experience or a deep interest in crypto, blockchain, or Web3 (professional or personal projects are welcomed).
• Proficient in modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Strong grasp of UI/UX principles, interaction design, and design systems.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct and synthesize user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly explaining design decisions and collaborating in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineers and product managers to deliver top-notch products.
