Product Designer

📋 Description

• Play a vital role in the central Design organization, catering to design requirements across the entire business.

• Create sophisticated UX designs for intricate product processes, such as operational tools, automation interfaces, and customer platforms.

• Take the lead in making design choices for various interfaces, working closely with Product Managers and engineers.

• Collaborate directly with accountants and internal users to grasp workflows and pain points.

• Regularly utilize AI tools for prototyping, testing, and idea exploration.

• Engage in and lead design evaluations.

• Work in conjunction with user researchers to validate concepts and enhance usability.

• Expand and manage design system components in Figma.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in UX design for complex, multi-platform SaaS products (mobile, desktop, extensions).

• Proven success in designing tools for internal operations users and external clients.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience, with 2-3 years specifically in B2B or internal Operations design.

• Proficient in Figma, prototyping tools, and interaction design.

• Comfortable using AI design tools to streamline workflows or enhance productivity (e.g., prototyping, flows, copy).

• Experience in collaborating across product, engineering, and research teams.
