• A robust portfolio demonstrating excellence in visual design, UI/UX, and product strategy.
• Proficiency in Figma and contemporary design methodologies.
• Experience in taking projects from problem definition to product delivery.
• Strong grasp of user-centered design principles, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Experience in designing workflow software and dashboards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment.
