• We are in search of a versatile UX/UI Designer with expertise in product design, AI-driven marketing content creation, and data-driven product enhancement. You will be responsible for the complete design process from concept to delivery, including crafting engaging marketing materials that convey the REalyse narrative and captivate our audience. Collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketing teams is crucial to ensure the creation of visually appealing and commercially successful experiences.

• 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in SaaS, B2B, or B2C products.
• Demonstrated proficiency in creating marketing materials and campaigns, including AI-driven creative processes.
• Proficiency in product and user analytics tools such as Amplitude, Hotjar, Pendo, etc.
• Strong skill set in Figma.
• Experience in conducting user research and translating insights into impactful designs.
• Strong organizational and self-management skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Bonus: Experience in data visualization or geospatial design (maps, location-based interfaces).
• Bonus: Leadership or mentorship experience in developing the design/product function.
