• We are currently seeking a product designer to contribute to Rillet's overall design process, playing a pivotal role in shaping our product strategy and enhancing user experience alongside the CTO, product, and engineering teams.
• Minimum of 3 years leading design teams in a product-focused B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end design projects, spanning from research to implementation.
• Proven track record of tackling complex design challenges and systems.
• Proficiency in all facets of the design process, from initial discovery to final delivery.
• Ability to conceptualize intricate systems, from financial concepts to design system components.
• Willingness to challenge conventions and draw inspiration from diverse sources.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
