• Design impactful presentation materials and visuals to effectively communicate ideas to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams by providing detailed designs, QA support, and feedback during development.
• Assist with project-related tasks such as creating case studies, marketing materials, and content design for various platforms.
• 4–6 years of experience in product and visual design, focusing on digital experiences for web and/or mobile platforms.
• Strong grasp of UX principles, including user research, usability testing, and translating insights into design choices.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of features or projects from wireframes to high-fidelity execution with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable leading or participating in discovery phases to shape product direction in collaboration with strategy and engineering teams.
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with experience working in a Mac environment.
• Familiarity with remote collaboration tools like Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, Jira, and Harvest.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a team-oriented approach and the ability to clearly explain design decisions.
• Organized, proactive, and capable of managing time effectively in a fast-paced, remote work setting.
