Product Designer

📋 Description

• Designing and optimizing user-friendly, functional web interfaces (desktop-first)

• Implementing changes based on audits, data analysis, and usability studies

• Close collaboration with stakeholders, development teams, and other designers

• Developing and maintaining a design system (Figma, components, autolayouts)

• Participating in usability tests and user interviews

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of industry experience and at least 2 years of work in a product team

• Ability to think analytically and break down problems into root causes

• Experience working with qualitative and quantitative data and interpreting data from analytical tools

• Experience in conducting UX research: usability tests, in-depth interviews, analysis

• Knowledge of HTML and CSS in the context of web development - at a level that enables effective communication with frontend developers

• Good command of the English language (B2+)

• Independence, good organizational skills, and communication skills

• Aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and consistency of elements

• Portfolio confirming professional experience
