• Demonstrated advanced experience in product design showcased through a portfolio of impactful design innovations.

• Proficient in designing user experiences within regulated sectors like insurance, finance, and compliance.

• Ability to design beyond the screen, considering dependencies, user flows, and long-term product architecture to create cohesive and scalable solutions.

• Proficiency in utilizing design and prototyping tools such as Figma with a commitment to ongoing learning of new features.

• Experience in conducting usability testing.

• Effective communication of design concepts and advocacy for design principles across various audiences, both design and non-design stakeholders.

• Capacity to think strategically beyond immediate design tasks, comprehending the broader business and product strategy.
