Product Designer

📋 Description

• Take charge of shaping the overall user experience on the DCO platform

• Collaborate closely with the Product Manager and Frontend Developer on the "DCO 3.0" project

• Establish a design system and promote a user-centric environment

• Have the freedom to introduce AI-powered tools and processes to enhance the product

• Conduct a thorough evaluation of the current DCO, propose UX enhancements, and outline the vision for the DCO 3.0 revamp

• Create initial user flows and wireframes for key user journeys

• Develop and deploy the first version of our new Design System using tools like Miro, Figma, or other preferred platforms

• Roll out redesigned components and features, and validate design choices through user data analysis

• Establish an efficient and scalable design workflow for the entire product team

• Drive the implementation of the DCO 3.0 vision, leading to noticeable improvements in user satisfaction and task completion rates

• Serve as the primary design and user experience expert at SECJUR

⛳️ Requirements

• Seasoned Product Designer with a track record of designing intricate, data-driven B2B SaaS applications

• Demonstrated proficiency across the entire design spectrum, from research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI design and prototyping

• Expertise in modern design tools such as Figma and Miro, with a keen interest in exploring and incorporating AI-driven tools

• Experience in creating and managing a scalable Design System from scratch

• Strong grasp of frontend development basics and the ability to design feasible solutions that align with technical requirements

• Strategic thinker capable of translating user needs and business objectives into elegant design solutions

• Excellent communicator fluent in English, adept at presenting and justifying design choices to diverse teams

• Proven ability to leverage analytics and user feedback to assess design effectiveness and guide iterative improvements
